The DCS-83000LHV2 is designed to make it easy to control what's important, even when you're away from home. With convenient Bluetooth setup via a free app, a flexible cradle and Wi-Fi connectivity, the camera is ready to go when you need it.
A person detection mode based on an artificial intelligence algorithm distinguishes people from other moving objects. That way, when you're out and about, you'll only receive an alert when someone actually enters your home, not when the camera detects insects or changing lighting conditions.
Use the camera for calls
The built-in microphone and speaker allow you to talk to visitors knocking on your door. You can also use them to give commands to your pets when you are away from home.

The DCS-8300LHV2's camera stand is 360 degree adjustable. Whether the camera has been placed on a shelf, attached to a wall or ceiling, the swivel stand allows you to point its lens at the area to be monitored.
Record video directly to camera, cloud or smartphone
When sound or motion is detected, the DCS-8300LHV2 can automatically record video directly to a mircoSD card inserted into the camera slot, or upload to the mydlink cloud for playback later from anywhere.
Surveillance footage can also be manually saved to a smartphone via the mydlink app.
Record to external devices
The camera provides easy recording of streams to ONVIF-compliant NVR, VMS or NAS systems. The camera's ONVIF Profile S support allows centralised viewing or continuous recording 24/7. Camera settings can be modified without using the mydlink app via ONVIF-compliant devices.
mydlink Cloud Recording
Cloud recording is a convenient way to take care of your family, giving you the ability to view what's going on in your home or office. The free mydlink Cloud Recording service or the paid premium service allows you to automatically record video on a cloud server.
Playback of recorded video - Play back recorded video directly from the mydlink cloud or save it to your smartphone for future reference.
