This item is a spare camera adapter suitable for Micnova's camera carrying harnesses and waist holders from MQ-MSP and MQ-WB series.
On one side this camera adapter has a thread where you can mount your camera. On the other side you find a quick release which needs to be placed into the holder of your harness or waist holder. When you place your camera into the holder and rotate it a quarter turn, the camera sits firmly in the holder.
