Kowa Telephoto Master Lens TP556 ML

The Kowa TP556 ML Telephoto Master Lens is part of a new, unique and innovative telephoto system. This telephoto system challenges all competitors in compactness, flexibility and portability. The TP556 ML consists of a pure fluorite crystal lens and 2 XD extra low dispersion lenses, making it possible to produce the best photos with the highest levels of sharpness and contrast. The enhanced dust and weatherproof coating guarantees its performance in even the toughest conditions.

Endless Possibilities.

The Kowa TP556 ML has been developed to meet the high demands of photographers by using an unique interchangeable focal length adapter system. These adapters are available in a standard 500mm f5.6 adapter, a 350mm f4 adapter or a 850mm f9.6 adaptor, and are sold separately. The adapters have the same XD extra low dispersion lenses as the master lens, so they deliver the same quality and sharpness. All 3 adapters quickly and securely attach to the main lens unit and camera body in seconds. Further, it is possible to use the master lens as a spotting scope by combining the spotting scope adapter and spotting scope ocular. Combinations.
