The Luna Optics LN-G2-M50 Digital Day/Night Vision Monocular 6-30x50 is a Generation-2 night vision device with a 50mm lens and adjustable ISO sensitivity. The unit uses a Sony Full-HD CMOS sensor, which allows you to see even in complete darkness up to medium distances.

During the day you can use the LN-G2-M50 as a digital camera, at night it is that accessoiry that allows you to observe even in the darkest nights. For this purpose, the device uses the built-in 805nm LED infrared beam, which is visible for the human eye when looking directly in the IR-source. Unique to the LN-G2-M50 is the freely adjustable ISO. In addition to the automatic function, you can manually set it to 400/800/1600/3200/6400. This function is indispensable, for example, for users who want to look at the sky at night.

The monocular offers you three different observation modes: full-colour for daytime and black/white and night vision green. The environment is projected on a 0.26" Micro-flat HR display with 800x600 pixels. You can also take photos (1.6MP) and videos (1080p) and save them on the included 8GB microSD card. It also offers the possibility to transfer recordings via a USB cable, but also to your Android or iOS smartphone via a Wi-fi connection. The operating time is approximately 4 hours based on two CR-123A batteries.
