The Kowa Spotting Scope TSN-773 is a robust and clear spotting scope with an objective diameter of 77mm. The Kowa TSN-773 uses an XD lens with low dispersion properties to reduce chromatic aberration. The performance and compactness of these spotting scopes are unmatched in this class. The body is made of magnesium which makes the weight of 1330 grams considerably lower than comparable models. This robust magnesium body can also withstand the toughest conditions, is waterproof and filled with dry nitrogen gas to prevent fogging of the lens. The Kowa Spotting Scope TSN-773 features an extendable lens hood. This lens hood protects the lens from direct sunlight which can penetrate the spotting scope, but also ensures that rain can't easily get onto the lens.
