The Metz Flashgun Holder FGH 40-60 is designed for use with the Metz Easy Softbox adapting it for use with most hotshoe mounted flashguns. The height of the flashgun can be adjusted to position the head directly behind the opening and it can be mounted directly onto a light stand.
