The Pixel TF-336 TTL Hotshoe Adapter provides a connection for your camera/studio flash unit via the hotshoe and x-contact allowing you to expand your camera with an x-contact while still being able to use a speedlite. Top is the new Sony MI shoe and the bottom is the old Sony shoe.
The Pixel TF-336 contains a Sony hotshoe connection on the top and bottom of the adapter and supports TTL.
