Renewed algorithm for background removal

When you place a product photo online, you want it to appear 'floating'. This ensures that all attention is focused on the product and that visitors are not distracted. A complex algorithm recognises objects and ensures that the background disappears. Even with fine structures, such as fluffy fabric, this usually gives a good result.

High-end technique

All facets of the Combo focus on the best end result. You can place objects up to a maximum of 30 x 30 x 30 cm on the Ø 60 cm turntable. The maximum weight of 15 kg is more than sufficient for a wide range of products. The adjustable LED panels have a minimum CRI value of 95. In the software you can easily adjust the light intensity individually.

Dual Space Technology

The Combo can be used with closed doors as well as opened (or removed) doors. With closed doors the Combo is ideal for shadowless photos. When the doors are open, the Combo is the best solution for photographing transparent products such as glasses, bottles, etc. The absence of a side door emphasizes the contours of the object and enhances the shapes.

2D + 3D arm

Both a 2D arm and a 3D arm are supplied for the camera. The 3D arm is ideal when you want to capture an object spherically from all sides. This means that you not only capture the product all around, but also from multiple angles on the vertical axis. The 2D arm can be slid out of the Combo up to 40 cm, which prevents distortion of photos and is ideal in combination with the open doors.

Includes two turntables

The Combo comes with two turntables: an acrylic and transparent turntable. The acrylic turntable is particularly suitable for taking 360 degree shots and the transparent turntable is perfect for photographing transparent objects.

Sturdy construction with undercarriage

When you see the Combo for the first time, one thing stands out: the high build quality. The metal frame consists of wide beams with a matt finish. The included frame ensures that you use the Combo at a comfortable working height. Built-in castors ensure good manoeuvrability. The Combo is delivered assembled and fits through any standard door.

Software and Cloud

The Combo comes with ModeVid's Premium software, which includes features such as automatic background removal and a video mode. The software will be updated for three years, after which you can optionally order an extension. You will also receive a Premium account for ModeView Cloud for three years. The ModeVid software is used to operate the Canon EOS camera and control the turntable and lighting. There is also focus and a stacking option: the software takes multiple photos with a custom focus point. After this, the photos are automatically combined into one photo, which is razor sharp from front to back.
