Usage:

Rest for 5 min. before the blood pressure measurement
Sit down and put your left hand in front of you on a flat surface such as a desk or table
Place the wrist cuff to be able to properly read the measurement of blood pressure on the LCD
Put the cuff on bare arm, 1-2cm above the elbow
The cuff should be placed on the same level as the heart
The cuff must be neither too tight nor too loose
Do not move the arm during the measurement
Measure the blood pressure on the same arm
Make measurement at the same time of each day
