The Nest switch plate WT-6012HP is suitable for Nest Panorama head WT-6012H. The plate comes with one 14" male attachment screw which you can tighten with the wing at the bottom. An optional 38" male adapter nipple can be fitted to make it suitable for 38" female connections (see optional accessories).
