SmallRig 4977 HawkLock Quick Release Cage for Canon EOS R5 Mark II The cage secures the camera in place with a single 1/4"-20 screw at the base and two locating blocks on the sides, incorporating built-in silicone pads to prevent scratches on the camera.The cage provides unobstructed access to all of the camera's buttons, slots, screen, battery compartment, and other interfaces. It also features a built-in HawkLock quick-release patent structure, allowing for one-touch quick and secure attachment with a self-locking mechanism, eliminating the need for additional reinforcement. The bi-directional mounting design enables free installation orientation.The top and sides of the cage are equipped with H21 NATO rails, facilitating quick attachment of accessories such as SmallRig top handles, monitor mounts, and magic arms for expanding monitoring capabilities. It also features multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and 1/4"-20 locating holes for compatibility with SmallRig side handles and other accessories. The right side of the cage features dual horizontal 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching tripods, ensuring stability during vertical shooting.The cage features ordinary strap slots compatible with SmallRig wrist straps, an innovative strap slot for downward hanging for extra lens protection, and a QD interface compatible with QD quick-release shoulder straps.The Arca-Swiss quick-release baseplate allows for direct mounting on Arca-type tripods/heads and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilizers, enabling swift transitions between stabilizer, handheld, and tripod setups.
