SiOnyx Digital Color Night Vision Camera Aurora Pro

The SiOnyx Aurora PRO is a tactical night vision camera and also the top model of the Aurora night vision series. This Pro version has premium optics that let through three times as much light as the other models. The camera performs best in the most extreme conditions and has been specially developed for (semi-) professional applications and demanding users. You can use the camera in your hand or attach it to a helmet (night vision goggles), but you can also operate it remotely and stream images live to your smartphone or tablet. 

The viewer offers full-color night vision and achieves an unprecedented residual light gain. The surroundings are projected on a full-color OLED display, which you can also set up in monochrome. This completely changes your viewing experience compared to the classic night vision in navy green or black and white. The camera is not very conspicuous and does not have an IR beam that can reveal your position. The night scope has an optical 0.5x magnification, which you can enlarge up to 3x by means of a digital zoom.

PRO functionalities
This camera offers, among other things, GPS and an electronic compass, to easily determine your position and provide recordings with a 'geo-tag'. You can also determine the distance and location to other (selected) users.

Photo and video according to your preference
You can set your own shooting settings, such as the shutter speed for photos and refresh rate for videos. Multiple modes are also available, such as HDR, loop mode, time-lapse, panorama and burst mode. The built-in EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) compensates for camera shake and corrects blur. You can save your recordings to a microSD card (included).

Streaming and remote control
All SiOnyx cameras can be connected to an Apple or Android device (phone and tablet) via Wi-fi. As soon as you have the free SiOnyx Aurora app, you can remotely control the nightvision camera, stream images live and make/share recordings. If you want to control SiOnyx remotely you can place it on any conventional tripod via the 1/4" thread connection (see optional accessories).

What makes SiOnyx unique?
By means of patented ultra low-light sensor technology, the CMOS sensor is able to process the environment at night in colour. The Aurora's can 'see' on infrared wavelengths of more than 1100nm. With this technology SiOnyx distinguishes itself from all other digital and analogue night vision devices in the market.

Application SiOnyx Aurora PRO

The SiOnyx Aurora Pro is an extremely suitable accessory for (semi-) professional use and the demanding enthusiast. The Pro version is often used by security guards, defence, police and hunters. But even if you are a nature lover and want a unique viewing experience, this camera is indispensable. With this night scope you can still observe the surroundings in colour in complete darkness - even with the most minimal form of residual light. The camera is multi-functional and allows you to easily switch between night vision and your own vision. In practice, for example, you can attach the camera to your car while you turn off your lights and view the surroundings full of colours and details on a tablet in the car. In addition, you can rely on all the handy functionalities. Through an optionally available shoulder kit you take the Aurora safe and comfortable with you.
