The large set of Levenhuk LabZZ slides contains ready-made slides in a practical and colorful package. Now every child can start to explore the world without the need for time-consuming preparation of preparations. This kit can be used in conjunction with any biological microscopes designed for observation in transmitted light (with lower illumination).

All slides are divided into groups by category and placed on slides that can be easily moved on the microscope stage. The microscope slides are covered with colored paper with round and transparent holes. Each preparation is labeled. The preparations are stored in a sturdy cardboard package.

Preparing your own preparations is very time consuming. Moreover, it requires appropriate tools and skills. First you need to cut off a thin section using a microtome - a special device with a blade. Then smooth the edges of the cut with a needle on the microscope table, add a dye if necessary, and then cover the specimen with a coverslip. However, even proper performance of all these activities does not guarantee that the preparation will be suitable for research. Often the whole process has to be started all over again.
