For the correct recording of passport photos, we recommend a Canon EOS camera. This camera can easily transfer the images (using EOS Utility) to the passport photo software. The most economical models of the Canon EOS series (250D, 4000D and the old version of the 2000D) have no center contact, so they cannot control studio flashes. Our advice: Canon EOS 2000D (if produced from September 2020), 77D or 800D.
