The SECOND WAY: If use internet bank or have concluded the contract about electronic declaring, can fill FR0512 the form on the Internet.

If will use internet bank:
1. Enter into the internet bank and will choose electronic declaring.
2. Open and fill form FR0512.

If you in the State Tax Inspection have concluded the contract about electronic declaring:
1. Enter in http: // deklaravimas.vmi.lt/PublicPages.aspx and follow the further instructions.
